How does coaching work?

Working with a Coach is an interactive experience. As your Coach, I am devoted to help you discover a new perspective and keep a clear focus on your intentions. A coach will increase your likelihood of making changes in your life by 80%

Much like an athletic Coach, a life coach is very helpful in assisting you to succeed in your life goals whatever they may be.

Each session is typically held on zoom or over the phone. often with email and text support as well.

How long is each session?

Each session is approximately 60 minutes.

How much does coaching cost?

Between $50 - $135 for beginning plans and packages. Prices vary depending on the complexity of each individual's needs. The first coaching session you book is absolutely free!...if you'd like, at that session we could discuss my fees and sliding scale payment options.
